The PowerBoard Pro takes that whole job and turns it into a single, ready-to-fit unit.

Inside you get a high-quality Kisae pure sine wave inverter, Merlin's PowerGuard PRO high-current flat battery protection, and an RCD-protected double socket. Everything arrives pre-wired, fused, tested and finished, so your fitter is handling one component instead of a box of parts.

Installation comes down to two wires. Mount the backing board, run your fused positive to the flat battery protection device and your negative to the inverter, and that's the job done. No complex wiring, no offcuts to pay for, and no risk of poor workmanship affecting reliability. It's fast, and it's a job anyone on your installation team can complete, not just the auto electricians.

The pure sine wave inverter gives you clean, interference-free 230V output that even sensitive AC appliances are happy with, plus the surge headroom to start demanding loads. Behind it, the PowerGuard PRO handles flat battery protection and remote switching without being fooled by the noisy, transient loads that catch simpler devices out.

The metal cover protects the components and doubles as a branding opportunity. As standard it comes in black with Merlin branding, but we can produce custom colours and laser-cut your own logo straight into the cover, so every system you install carries your name.
