25A Gen/Shore Changeover with Time Delay

The 25A Gen/Shore Changeover, similar to the inverter/shore changeover units, automatically switches between two sources of AC power (usally shore and inverter), but also includes a timer. When the generator is started, the unit will not switch to generator power until the preset time has elapsed. This allows the generator to start, lubricate and warm up before load is applied, reducing generator wear and extending its life. The timer may be set between 1 second and 60 minutes.
